Kooky Kreations assures you that any personal information supplied by you when placing your order is for our internal use only. We will guarantee to never give your personal information to anyone, including selling your name, mailing address, email address or spending habits.
Security Policy
Our server ensures the highest security of your personal information. Once we have processed your order, the only information we keep are receipts for banking records and these are kept in a secure location.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. All payments are securely processed directly through the Westpac Bank, as once you place an order on our site you are transferred to Westpac to continue your transaction. You can feel safe knowing your payment is processed through a secure and reputable server. All transactions are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars).
Postage and Handling & Delivery Times
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery of your package from the date of order. All Kooky Kreations products are sent via registered post so we can track orders and minimise lost products. We will e-mail you the tracking number along with your receipt of purchase. Australia Post advises postage may take an additional day to reach you, as it needs to be recorded along the way.
In the event of lost or misplaced mail, Kooky Kreations assumes no responsibility and customers will need to contact Australia Post with their tracking number.
Postage price range is based on size of packaging.
Customer Service Policy
Kooky Kreations will endeavour to advise customers within three working days of an order being placed, if any products are unavailable or out of stock, or if there are delays with delivery of their order.
Refund Policy
Kooky Kreations has a no refunds policy, which is in place to stop any illegal duplication of our products and trademarked creative copy. However, if an individual party pack item is faulty, we will happily refund or replace the item provided the following conditions are met:
- We must be notified within 3 days of you receiving the item if it is faulty or damaged.
- We will only issue a refund once we have received the product for our inspection, and we reserve the right to decline refunds for damaged or used items.
- If the item was in perfect condition when sent and has been damaged in transit - this damage should be claimed through Australia Post.
- Shipping costs are not included when refunding, this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
